Help, with Heart, for one and all.

Integrity Counselling Service

To put the world right in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must first put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must first cultivate our personal life; we must first set our hearts right. ~ Confucius

Anyone at any time may need help dealing with the challenges we face in life. Our experienced therapists are caring, committed and sensitive to your needs. We offer counselling to anyone in need of it, regardless of culture or beliefs. Individual, couple, family and group services are available. Confidentiality is guaranteed.

Counselling can help with:

  • anxiety & stress
  • relationship difficulties
  • family conflicts
  • self-esteem issues
  • depression
  • grief, separation and loss
  • life & career uncertainty
  • anger management
  • trauma and PTSD
  • experience with abuse
  • sexual identity questions
  • addictions
  • mental health concerns

Our standard fee is $150 per hour, but thanks to grants from the United Way, we are pleased to be as flexible as necessary so cost is not an obstacle in receiving the service you need.   Your therapist will determine a suitable fee with you at your first appointment.

How to inquire about counselling: Contact us in one of the three ways below.  A Therapist will then call you, usually within one to three days, to ask about your concerns, and to match you with one of our therapists or refer you to another service if that will be more helpful.

PHONE: Please call 780.454.1194.
We will ask you for your name, address, contact phone numbers, date of birth, and how you heard about Integrity Counselling / Jewish Family Services.  A Therapist will then return your call.

EMAIL: Click here to send an email indicating you want to ask about counselling, and give a phone number or two where we can reach you. Please say whether it is okay to leave a voice message. Do not give details in your email about your reasons for seeking counselling.
